THE ENIGMA TEAM LIVE EVENT
How did a team of nearly nine thousand people from all walks of life and nearly every corner of the globe become one of the highest-achieving teams in all human history? How is it possible that such a diverse work force, with varying degrees of education and experience, could come together to form the 20th Century's most accomplished group of innovators and problem solvers?
Now, through this engaging and interactive module from Leadership-Masters, executive students and managers will explore the tools and techniques, the behaviors and skill-sets, that enabled the Bletchley Park Codebreakers to become the most efficient and effective team of high-achievers of their time. A team that few people have ever heard of, but one that shortened World War II and saved countless lives in the process.
When the top secret Bletchley Park files were declassified in 1997, Leadership-Masters began its investigation into who and what made this extraordinary team so very extraordinary. We examined the leaders, the team members, and all elements of the work environment - both at headquarters, and at the various satellite offices around the world. What we discovered was a unique combination of leadership skills and strategies that empowered and emboldened the workforce, inspiring each and every team member to perform and to succeed far beyond reasonable expectations.
The module is both theatrical and interactive– it places executive students and managers squarely in the middle of the biggest crisis of the second World War– breaking the Nazi Naval Code, nicknamed "Shark," before an enormous convoy of Allied troops and supplies reaches the shores of Europe. The module requires each student to actively participate in both the work environment and in the breaking of the code– two elements that demand extraordinary imagination, innovation, and teamwork. The result is an action plan for environment-building that will take your work teams to extraordinary new heights.
Welcome to Bletchley Park. Welcome to "THE ENIGMA TEAM".
